It’s time to get your tickets for the Pancake Race Day Breakfast in the marquee on the Market Place. Celebrity chef, Lesley Waters, will be cooking breakfast just for you from 8.00am with last serving at 9.30am. Lesley is well known for her regular television appearances on Ready Steady Cook, This Morning and James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
You’ll start with a glass of prosecco or orange juice, followed by a thick Greek yoghurt pot with berries, topped with coconut and cinnamon dukkah.
And then onto your choice of an American-style pancake stack with crispy bacon, tomato and basil ragout and rocket or an American-style sweet pancake stack with bananas and butterscotch sauce with pecans. Mmmm! A cup of tea or coffee will round off your breakfast and set you up for the day in style!
